Please note:
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened.
Opened products may only be returned under warranty if they are defective.
If you purchased your product from an alternate retailer, only defective items may be returned under warranty with a valid proof of purchase.
If your package is damaged, opened, or its contents are missing when delivered, please include an image of the damaged packaging in your request. When submitting this request, please write “Damaged/Opened/Missing Content” in the email subject.
