What countries do you ship to? Plus

Currently we only ship to the United States. We will be expanding to more countries and regions in the future, so stay tuned!

Do you support shipping to P.O. Boxes? Plus

What information do I need to ship my order? Plus

When you purchase an item, you will need to fill in your phone number, e-mail address, name, shipping address, and billing address. Then confirm your billing amount and complete payment. We will process your order within 1-2 business days.

How much is shipping? Plus

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 (taxes and discounts excluded). For orders under $99, there is a flat rate shipping charge of $9.99. This ensures affordable shipping for all customers.

How long will I receive my package? Plus

We will process and ship your order within 1-2 business days of receipt. For the United States, standard shipping usually takes 6-10 business days. PLHEART toys are on their way to you, so please be patient.

Can I choose expedited shipping? Plus

Sorry, but at this time we are unable to offer expedited shipping. We will process your order quickly and look forward to having PLHEART toys with you soon.

Does your packaging protect my privacy? Plus

Of course, your privacy is very important to us. All orders are shipped in plain packaging, which does not display the contents or the PLHEART brand name. The delivery note includes only name, address, and shipping time.

How do I get a Welcome coupon code? Plus

At the bottom of the home page of our website, fill in your email address, complete the subscription and you will receive an email with a PLHEART coupon code. This coupon code is valid for all purchases at plheart.com! It can only be used once and your discount amount will be calculated from the total product price.

Do you have a loyalty program or membership benefits? Plus

Currently we do not have a dedicated membership program, but you can subscribe to our mailing list for special offers and latest promotions.

What is the product warranty period? Plus

2 years. Once you have successfully purchased the item, the 2-year warranty will automatically come into effect. If the product is defective due to defective workmanship or materials, you can make a warranty claim and we will replace your product free of charge. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage due to normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse or negligence. The warranty is void if the product has been disassembled or its accessories have been modified.

Will my information be stored or compromised? Plus

Your information will not be compromised. If you agree, we will store your shopping information, including your name, phone number, shipping address, and email address, just to give you a continued quality shopping experience. For your payment information, such as credit card information, we will not store it. However, the transaction will be completed only after we have verified your credit card information and received credit authorization.

Can I modify or cancel my order? Plus

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact our customer service team at admin@plheart.com. Once it has been shipped, we will not be able to change the order.

What if I don't receive my package? Plus

Delays may occur due to weather, customs or regional postal issues. If you do not receive your package within the estimated time, please contact our customer service team at admin@plheart.com and we will help you track your package and resolve the issue.

How do I track the status of my order? Plus

Once your purchase is shipped, all shipping information will be emailed to you or text messaging you via your phone number. Please check the link, and track your delivery on the delivery company's web page. If the link is not responsive for any reason, please visit the delivery company's web page and manually enter the tracking number to verify your delivery status.

Can I return a product? Plus

If you do change your mind, you can contact our customer service team at admin@plheart.com. We support the return of unopened products within 30 days of receipt. Please note, returned products must be in their original, unopened and unused condition. There is no handling fee for returns, but you are responsible for the shipping cost of the package.

What should I do if the product is defective? Plus

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at admin@plheart.com. After confirming that it is a quality issue, and as a token of our apology, we will send you a new one of the same product, free of charge, and you do not need to return that defective product.

Why is my product not turning on? Plus

When you open the package, you can fully charge the product first. For most products, the indicator light will flash when charging, and it will be always on when fully charged. At this time you can try to turn it on and feel the vibration of the PLHEART toy!

If you still can't turn it on, please don't be anxious. Contact us at admin@plheart.com and we will surely help you out.

Can't charge or the indicator light doesn't light up? Plus

If your toy is magnetic charging, you can use a napkin to wipe the two ports of the magnetic charging, and then try to charge again. We recommend that you use the original charging cable, with an output voltage of less than 5V2A power adapter for power supply. Fast charger is not recommended, it may affect the length of time PLHEART is with you.

After a long period of non-use, it can't be charged and turned on? Plus

Please charge the product in time when the power is too low. When the product is not used for a long time, it is recommended to charge it once a month to keep the battery active. Please do not leave it empty for a long time, it may damage the battery and affect the future use.

How to clean my toy? Plus

For most toys with built-in motors and batteries, do not rinse them in water that is too hot. When cleaning, you need to be careful to avoid areas that are not waterproof.

We recommend that you use a non-irritating water-based detergent (e.g., soap) and room temperature water to clean the toy, and then dry it thoroughly with a clean towel.

Store your toys in a dry and cool place, avoiding direct sunlight and humid environment, which can prolong the life of the product. The best situation is that, you can keep the original packaging, which can effectively prevent your toys from coming into contact with other substances to produce any reaction, deformation and other heartbreaking things.

How to dispose of the toy? Plus

Remove the batteries! PLHEART urges you to do your part to protect the environment. For your safety, the batteries must be disconnected before removing them. Batteries must be recycled or disposed of separately from household waste, please refer to your local requirements.

Will the heating function burn me? Plus

Don't worry, PLHEART toys with heating function are carefully designed. They are usually heated to 42°C and kept at a constant temperature, which is similar to the human body's temperature and ensures your comfort and safety. However, if you are not temperature sensitive, you need to be careful when using them.

How do I use the sucking function correctly? Plus

Do I need to prepare batteries for my PLHEART toy? Plus

If you purchase the Unicon Rainbow Dildo, you will need to prepare a 1.5V AAA battery ahead of time, as it comes with a bullet vibrator that requires a battery to be placed. For other products, you do not need to prepare batteries, they are rechargeable. Also, we do not support you to remove and replace the built-in battery of the product by yourself.

The remote control does not work? Plus

Please check if your toy has been put into standby mode, usually only in this state the remote control can work. If your remote control light is not responding, the batteries may be dead and you can replace them with 3V button cell batteries.

What materials are used in PLHEART toys? Plus

Most of our toys are made of high quality food grade silicone and ABS material, some of our products with TPE or Electroplating material. Safe, soft and non-toxic, just for your comfort and safety.

Can I use lubricants on PLHEART toys? Plus

Of course! For a better experience, we recommend using a water-based lubricant, which will not damage silicone toys, and is easy to clean. For silicone toys, please avoid silicone-based lubricants.

Are all PLHEART toys waterproof? Plus

Yes, all of our toys are waterproof. However, most of the toys only support rinsing, and cannot be immersed in the bathtub. If you want to play in the bathtub, you can choose dildos, they can meet your needs.

If I'm a beginner, can I use a vibrator? Plus
